We can not ship to PO Boxes, Camps, Dorms, Universities, Military Bases or Hospitals because these locations require extra delivery time.

We ship UPS no signature required. Packages will be left at the recipient address please pick package up as soon as it is delivered. Please track package as UPS driver may not ring door bell. We can not be responsible for damaged to package, wrong address or recipient not being available to receive package. We can not redirect packages once shipped.

Packages are shipped Monday - Wednesday. Orders received after 3:00 pm Eastern time will be shipped the following Monday. We only ship November - March due to inclement weather.

NO Refunds once packages have shipped

Ice cream is shipped packed in insulated box with dry ice. Do Not touch Dry Ice with bare hands. Place Ice Cream in Freezer upon arrival.
